The venue of the EFAS 2019 is the Culturgest. It was created in 1993, immediately after the completion of the new CGD head office building, being designed to operate as a cultural centre . In 2007 the company’s statutes were altered and Culturgest became a cultural foundation, the Fundação Caixa Geral de Depósitos – Culturgest. It is located in the centre of Lisbon and most hotels are within walking distance.
